Corporate Board Member magazine and FTI Consulting held its first Legal Recognition Dinner on Thursday, June 19, 2008, at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City. Directors of publicly traded companies had previously selected the top 20 corporate law firms in the nation and the top corporate law firms in 25 cities; these firms were awarded.
