Since 2004, Corporate Board Member has held the Annual Boardroom Summit in New York, assembling 400+ board members, C-level officers, and general counsel from public companies across the nation.
The goal of the West Coast Boardroom Summit on March 1 is to equip corporate directors, as well as the members of management who work closely with them—the CEO, CFO, general counsel, corporate secretary, and HR, among others—with the tools they need to make their duties more manageable. Participants in the West Coast Boardroom Summit will gain valuable insight from respected board advisers and experienced directors through a mix of thought-provoking general sessions, intensive topic breakouts, and interactive committee workshops.

PLUS Peer Exchange on February 29!
The day prior to the West Coast Boardroom Summit on February 29, Corporate Board Member will hold its popular Board Committee Peer Exchange, now in its 7th year on the west coast. The Peer Exchange is specifically for chairs and members of audit, compensation and nominating/governance committees, lead directors/non-executive chairs, and general counsel. Participants will be divided into small groups based on their role and company size. A day of off-the-record discussions allows participants to share challenges and solutions in a candid environment.
Extra Networking Opportunities!
Join us a day early or stay a day extra to participate in a golf tournament with fellow attendees. We will host a Ryder Cup format tournament on Tuesday afternoon, February 28 at The Boulders, and a traditional scramble format tournament on Friday morning, March 2 at the Gainey Ranch.
