Enhancing Financial Integrity: Critical Accounting Issues for Corporate Directors strengthens a board member’s ability to evaluate the financial reporting and accounting decisions made by management. Participating directors address the spectrum of corporate accounting issues and red flags, from basic to complex, to better prepare for their role of informed, vigilant oversight.
