Women's Director Development Program

OVERVIEW
Kellogg's Women's Director Development Program helps senior-level female executives discover the keys to unlocking the boardroom doors. A better understanding of the demands on directors is imperative for executives who serve or who aspire to serve on boards. During this unique and rigorous program, participants will interact with experienced board directors and senior members of Kellogg’s exceptional faculty as they explore the roles of boards, ways to structure boards for high performance, and strategies for maximizing their effectiveness as board members. Executives will also improve their future director prospects as they learn how to make the leap onto nominating committee radar screens.
