The Board Committee Peer Exchange event once again promises to provide a valuable information exchange for board committee chairmen and general counsel. Participants will have the opportunity to share insights and solutions with their peers while discussing critical issues and challenges, including structure, process, and problem solving.
The Peer Exchange has proven to be one of the most significant and highly valued events that Corporate Board Member has ever offered. Ninety-eight percent of past participants have expressed a desire to return. The event is a must-do for any committee chair or general counsel.
There will be no press present at any of the Peer Exchange sessions, and there will beno record of session proceedings, ensuring a forum for candid, in-depth discussion. Prior to the event, Corporate Board Member will solicite input from invited participants to develop the most relevant agenda for each committee session.
There is a nominal registration fee of $195 to attend the event. Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations if needed, and a block of rooms will be reserved at the Grand Hyatt.
GENERAL SCHEDULE:
Wednesday, October 6
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Registration and Breakfast
9:00 a.m. – Noon Peer Exchange Sessions Kickoff (all sessions will run simultaneously)
Noon – 1:00 p.m. Lunch
1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Peer Exchange Sessions Resume
4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. General Session
5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Closing Reception
Participants will be divided into groups based on their board position. Groups will be split based on board company annual sales into Fortune 300+ and Large-Cap. Each group will be limited to 12 participants. Categories will include:
Audit Committee Chairs
Compensation Committee Chairs
Governance/Nominating Committee Chairs
Lead Directors and Non-Executive Chairs
General Counsel
