Boardroom Forum is an intensive executive program developed jointly by Bass Berry & Sims and Corporate Board Member magazine, where the current critical issues facing directors and officers on a daily basis will be addressed. This workshop offers the opportunity for executives to network with their peers in a comfortable environment that fosters mutual feedback. Boardroom Forum is designed for board members and senior executive officers of both public and private companies. There is no cost to attend.

Group Session (8:00 - 9:30)
Attendees will participate with their peers in a discussion of current issues facing officers and directors. New and proposed legislation and regulations will undoubtedly have a significant impact on boards of directors and their interactions with shareholders. The forum is organized into one large group session focused on these issues followed by three intimate sessions for more detailed discussions exploring critical topics surrounding litigation, healthcare reform and corporate governance and proxy disclosures.
