Corporate Board Member’s Industry-Specific Peer Exchanges will bring together officers and directors in various verticals to discuss board issues and challenges specific to their industries. These Peer Exchanges will be modeled after our existing Board Committee Peer Exchanges, which have targeted committee chairs, lead directors, and general counsel. Many participants of our Corporate Board Member Board Committee Peer Exchanges (which are cross-industry) have expressed interest in attending industry-specific peer groups. And, our banking-specific Peer Exchanges, conducted in connection with our annual Bank Audit Committee Conference and Bank Executive & Board Compensation Conference, have proven very successful with 99% of past attendees expressing a desire to return.

Each Industry-Specific Peer Exchange will bring together board members and officers who work closely with the board, such as CEOs and general counsel, for a one-day event that would include a morning panel discussion followed by closed-door, off-the-record peer discussions. Attendees will be divided into small groups of 8-12 participants for the peer groups. Corporate Board Member will solicit input from attendees in advance of the event to develop topic outlines for the peer discussion groups.
