The Boardroom Summit is designed to help educate directors and senior executives and provide the necessary tools to make their board duties more manageable, both in time and information.
How much does this conference cost and what does this fee cover?
The standard registration rate is $1,495, however please contact our conference department at (800) 452-9875 for special early bird and group rates. This fee includes all conference activities, materials, meals, and beverages at the event site. This price does not include travel or hotel accommodations.

How can I pay?
Payments will be accepted by check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. If paying by check, please make payable to Board Member Inc., include the attendees' name(s) and/or a copy of the registration form, and mail to:

What if I need to cancel my reservation at the conference?
Due to commitments and expenses, all cancellations after September 2, 2008 will be subject to a $150 processing fee. We regret that no refunds will be given after September 30, 2008; however, substitute participants are welcomed. Board Member Inc. assumes no liability for any nonrefundable travel, hotel, or related expenses incurred by registrants.
Where can I find more hotel information?
The Annual Boardroom Summit has a room block with the Grand Hyatt through September 18, 2008. The room rate for conference attendees is $409. To reserve your room, please contact the Grand Hyatt directly at (800) 233-1234 and be sure to mention the Annual Boardroom Summit in order to ensure your discounted rate. Can I bring a guest?
Yes, we do have a guest program. The guest fee is $95 and includes all cocktail receptions. Your guest cannot attend sessions. If a guest would like to attend sessions, they must register as an attendee. To register your guest, please enter that information when completing your registration form or call our conferences department at (800) 452-9875 if you have already registered and just need to add a guest.
Is the Annual Boardroom Summit an ISS-accredited event?
The Annual Boardroom Summit is an ISS-accredited director education program.
Is CLE or CPE credit available for this conference?
CLE accreditation is based upon state requests. Please call (800) 452-9875 for information on your state.
