Corporate Board Member’s Industry-Specific Peer Exchanges bring together officers and directors of specific market segments to discuss board issues and challenges unique to their industries. These Peer Exchanges are modeled after our Board Committee Peer Exchanges, which are tailored to committee chairs, lead directors, and general counsel.
Upcoming Industry Peer Exchange:
Each Industry-Specific Peer Exchange assembles board members and officers, such as CEOs, CFOs, and general counsel, for a one-day event featuring a morning panel discussion followed by closed-door, off-the-record peer discussions. Attendees are divided into small groups of 8-12 participants for the peer discussions. Corporate Board Member solicits input from attendees prior to the event to develop topic outlines for the peer discussion groups.
