Reforms Keep In-House Lawyers Busier Than Ever

Has there been an increase in face-to-face contact with:

Perhaps all this extra work on behalf of boards and directors by in-house lawyers explains why fewer in both groups used outside counsel in 2004 than in 2003. For boards, the percentage fell from 64% to 29%, and for individual directors, from 46% to 10%.
