Corporate Board Member is currently looking for directors of publicly traded companies to join the Director Research Panel which will ensure that directors continue to be the driving force of our editorial content. To qualify as a panel member, you must currently be serving as a director of a company traded on the NYSE, NASDAQ, or AMEX.
Each panel member will be asked to complete two short panel surveys per year. These surveys will usually be sent via
e-mail.
Each panel member will receive free access to the upcoming Spring 2008, ISS-accredited webinar and a small gift of appreciation from Corporate Board Member magazine. Contact Corporate Board Member for ISS accreditation, and CPE & CLE credits.
Should you decide to not participate in the panel, we will continue to appreciate your input on studies that will be conducted outside the panel, such as What Directors Think, the premier research on the issues that weigh on the minds of corporate directors from across the country.
To join the panel, please complete the membership form below. Before each panel survey is sent, you will receive an e-mail or postcard announcing its arrival.
